Short Shipments Report

The Short Shipment Report lists line items deleted from orders, voided orders, and line items that were shipped over or short by more than the amount specified in the Short Shipping Tolerance % field in Shipping Options and the Short Ship History setting in Retention Options. The report can be generated for any or all sales reps or for any or all routes.

Short Shipment Report Fields

Sales Rep or Route The sales rep(s) if the report is generated for one or more sales reps or the route(s) if the report is generated for one or more routes. Item Mask The item maskA mask is used to conduct a wild card search. Visually a mask is represented by a series of forward slash marks (///), sometimes with a letter, letters, or number(s) preceding it (1/// or AB///). For example, if you enter ////////, this indicates that you want to list all items defined in the system. If you enter in 1//1//1/, this indicates that you want the system to list items that have the digit "1" in those locations. for the report. From Ship Date The start date for the report.
